Éxito is a Rage Comic Character used to mock poor English writing or pronunciation by Spanish speakers. Its origin is a 2010 commercial on pay-TV channels about an online English course company called OpenEnglish.com, where one of the subjects studies there and the other takes the old-fashioned English course. The two are on a plane together, and when the flight attendant approaches them, she tells them in English that they are located at the emergency exit marked EXIT, to which the subject of the old-fashioned course replies "ÉXITO." This is the origin of the meme. Its use as a meme originated in 2011 on websites like OhDios, and since then it has been exploited more frequently on MemeChef and social networks like Facebook.
